- The online shop operating under the address www.sklep.but-s.com.pl enables customers to buy products via the Internet.
- Customers making orders accept the terms and conditions.
- Orders are made by means of filling in an "order form" on the shop website.
- Making an order is equivalent to concluding a sales agreement with our company.
- The prices of products displayed in the shop are gross prices (they include VAT) expressed in Euros.
- Terms of purchase
- Buyers in the online shop may include:
- a natural person having the capacity to enter into legal actions,
- a legal person having the capacity to enter into legal action..

Dopuszcza się sytuację złożenia zamówienia przez klienta który nie jest zarejestrowany za pośrednictwem formularza zamówienia, zamówienie złożone jednak w taki sposób będzie potwierdzane telefonicznie.
- Orders can be made 24 hours a day over the whole year. Orders made on Fridays, after 13:00, on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be handled on the first working day after the day when such an order was made.
- Orders will be realised on the condition that the ordered products are available in the shop or with the shop's suppliers. If the ordered product is not available in the warehouse, the customer will be notified about the status of the order and will make a decision as to the manner in which the order is to be realised or agree to defer the order realisation or cancel a part of the order.
- The customer may change the order by mailing to but-s@but-s.com.pl, before the product is sent.
- The payment term is 7 days long. After its expiry, the transaction is cancelled and the product is again available for sale. The buyer will receive an e-mail message informing him about the situation and the reason why the order was cancelled.
- The price of a product is binding on the customer when the customer makes order. The manager of the online but-s shop reserves the right to change the prices of products in the shop, introduce new products, start and stop promotion actions on the shop's website, or to change them.
- The manager of the online shop www.sklep.but-s.pl issues a standard cash register receipt as evidence of sale. Should a customer request it, a VAT invoice can be issued.
- Payment methods and delivery
- The shop accepts the following payment methods:
- transfer to the shop's bank account prior to product delivery (payment in advance)
- gotówką-przy odbiorze towaru,
- payments made by a payment or credit card.
- The costs of delivery are borne by the person who made the order. If the place of delivery for a product ordered abroad is Poland, the costs shall be borne by JMS Sp. z o.o.
- Products are sent by Polish Post or by courier service every day until 14:00, after the payment to the bank account of JMS, when making payment by transfer to our account or by a payment or credit card, is registered.
- Payments for parcels sent abroad from Poland are:
- one or two pair of shoes - 62,00
- three to five pairs - 82,00
- six to ten pairs - 120,00
- above ten pairs - 150,00
- Exchange
- Purchased footwear may be exchanged within 10 days from the day when the agreement was concluded.
- The product which is sent back must not bear traces of use, it must include all the elements which were originally sent and, in particular, the original, intact packaging.
- The original packaging must include the appropriate footwear form. (return/exchange form). The form must be legibly filled in, before sending it back, along with the footwear.
- Non-compliance with the above instructions will result in a refusal to exchange the product.
- Products are exchanged at the customer's expense.
- We do not accept charge forward deliveries.
- We handle all exchanges as soon as possible.
- Complaints
- If the ordered product has latent defects, was damaged during shipment or does not comply with the order, it must be sent back immediately to the shop within a maximum of 10 days from the receipt of delivery.
- We accept any footwear subject to complaint only in its original packaging. The delivery of the footwear subject to complaint must include evidence of purchase, a receipt or invoice, and the appropriate, legibly filled in form (complaint form), enclosed with the packaging.
- The complaint will be examined and responded to within a maximum of 14 days from the day of receipt of the delivery. The customer will be notified about the manner in which his or her complaint was handled.
- If the complaint is justified, the damaged product will be repaired or exchanged for another product of the same value. In the event that this is unfeasible due to, for instance, stock shortages, the shop shall reimburse to the customer the amount equal to the value of the product or offer other footwear that is available.
- The costs incurred in connection with sending back the product subject to a complaint shall be reimbursed by the shop immediately after the complaint is examined positively.
- In the event that a product is exchanged for another product, provided that the price of the new product is higher than the price of the returned product, the customer is obliged to pay the difference in price. If the opposite is the case, the shop shall reimburse the price difference to the account indicated by the customer.
- Complaints concerning differences between the ordered and the delivered products resulting from different colours and shades of leather shall not serve as a basis for returning the product.
- We do not accept charge forward deliveries.
- Returns
- The Customer has the right to send back to the shop's address the purchased product within 10 days from the receipt of delivery without providing any reason.
- The product which is sent back must not bear traces of use, it must include all the elements which were originally sent and, in particular, the original, intact packaging and the appropriate filled in form (return/exchange form).
- Products bearing traces of use will be sent back to the customer at his or her expense.
- The amount equalling the value of the returned footwear will be transferred to an indicated account within 3 working days.
- The costs of sending back footwear will not be reimbursed.
- Personal data protection
- Pursuant to the act of 29.08.1997 on personal data protection (Journal of Laws, No 101, dated 2002, with further amendments) we would like to inform you that we use personal data with the sole purpose of realising orders and carrying out promotion and marketing activities in accordance with data security requirements ,specified by the regulations on personal data protection.
- You have the right to have insight into your personal data, to verify them, to demand a cessation of the processing of your personal data and to raise objections, which are to be made to our company's office.
- Final provisions
- In matters not specified by the terms and conditions, the regulations of the civil code, of the personal data protection act and of the act on protection of consumer rights and liability for damages due to unsafe products of 31 March 2000 (Journal of Laws, No 22, item 271) shall be applicable.
- JMS Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
